Our Cedar Apartment offers one bedroom and one bathroom with 714 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed living space—perfect for enjoying comfort, independence, and a maintenance-free lifestyle.

Alder Apartment

The Alder Apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 983 sq. ft., providing generous space for relaxation, hosting guests, or pursuing your favorite hobbies—all while enjoying the ease of independent living.

The rent for our independent living apartments includes:

Weekly light housekeeping
All utilities (including cable TV & internet)
Social, recreational, and wellness activities
Emergency call pendant
Washer and dryer in every unit
