Kelly served as Kennybrook Village’s Director of Nursing for six and a half years, but her impact will be felt far beyond that time. She was the heart of our clinical team and a steady, compassionate presence for residents, families, and staff alike.

Kelly led with passion and genuine care. In moments of stress or uncertainty, she had a rare gift for bringing calm—often reminding those around her to “just breathe.” Those words became more than a phrase; they were a reflection of who she was and how she led: with grace, patience, and reassurance.

She believed deeply in caring for the whole person and in supporting her team with kindness and confidence. Kelly didn’t just do her job well—she built trust, nurtured growth, and created a sense of safety and belonging for everyone who had the privilege of working with her.

Kelly wanted to leave a legacy, and she did. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched, the standards of care she upheld, and the compassion she modeled every single day. She will always be a part of the Kennybrook Village family, and she will be deeply missed.
